When I received my item it was just folded and wrapped together like a ball. My main complaint was that it that photo shown DOES NOT match the color at all. If it was a bit pink or brown I wouldn’t mind. The boots were light purple. Like if you watch Avengers it was like Thanos skin purple. I returned the boots and awaiting my refund.
