i'm pretty small (5'7 and 135, c cup) and i usually fit into most japanese and chinese one size lingerie, but this was TINY on me. it was cute when unclipped but when it was on, even at the widest setting (there are 3 "layers" of little rings for the hooks to clip into in the back) it was super unflattering looking. to be fair, i'm also taller than average, so that played into it. but yeah, unless you're under 5'5, i wouldn't recommend it. ALSO if you're bustier, i would stay away, the boob cups are tiny even for me.
