I ordered an X-Small.My waist is 25, my hip is 31, my chest is 31 and my legs are 32 (all in inches). I am 5'6" and rather thin with long legs and long arms. The product fits well but the skirt is not large enough for my hips (I don't mind though, I wear the skirt higher on my hips anyway). I suggest you take a larger size according to the size of your hips and waist. The top part is open so it's easy to wear even if it's smaller than your size, but the skirt cannot be adjusted because it's not elastic and it's only a zipper. I also recommend buying body/fabric glue to glue the top's back part to your back. Overall, great product and it's amazing for a cosplay
